Every event held at Cubo goes through a curation process

This ensures that the programming is aligned with our purpose: promoting open innovation, fostering technologic entrepreneurship and generating relevant connections.

Basic rules and guidelines

Cubo offers the necessary spaces and technical support, but the organization, production and execution of the event are the responsibility of the requesting company.

Check out the main rules that must be followed below:

Setup and dismantling times

The setup, running, and dismantling of the event must take place between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Mandatory technical visit

This must be carried out by the organizer and suppliers at least 15 days in advance.

Use of equipment

The organizer will be responsible for any damage to the space and/or equipment provided by Cubo, and may be charged for repairs or replacement.

Mandatory identification

All participants in your event must be identified in order to access the building.

Late cancellations

Reservations canceled after the agreed deadline are subject to a penalty fee.
